Many of our items are custom made. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery on non-custom items. Some items may not be in our stock and we may have to order the item. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given an approximate "in stock" date. In regards to custom items from our designers -- depending on supply and demand -- it may be a two - three weeks to receive your item. We only use Tailors who are experienced. Our goal is to incorporate in some cases, vendors from the Cottage industry, Indie designers and small companies . This helps to make us unique. We strive to only list reputable companies with great products. We follow up on any complaints if there are any.
We do ship inernationally. You may contact us for a postal quote if you like; otherwise, please place your order as usual and shipping charges will be based on a flat fee that defaults.
NOTE: It is very important that you provide us with a valid email address and phone number should we need to contact you.
It is important to us that your return/exchange be as hassle free as possible. Please follow the guidelines below, and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us at 410-756-0019 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Please make sure that we receive your return within 14 days from the date on the ?Packing Slip?. Items received after 14 days will be returned to you. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us. Please return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Items must be unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped, right side out, and be bagged. If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 410-756-0019 between the hours of 9:00AM & 5:00PM EST and/or by email .
- SWIMWEAR --- ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON SWIMWEAR. Please check sizing charts on Swimwear -- Swimsuits are not returnable due to health / sanitary codes and restrictions.

All clothing that is custom made to your size is not returnable. Please make sure you measure correctly.
