The perfect bolero shrug jacket! Fits just over your shoulders, so it makes a perfect coverup for when you need a little extra, but don't want the whole shebang of a jacket. Perfect over tanks and corsets.

Made of small red and white polka dots cotton and fully lined with black cotton. The sleeves are trimmed in soft, stretch black lace.
