little number, girl! An A-line dress with a skirt full enough to
sway around with you. Featuring a sweetheart bustline and black
satin ribbon tie back halter straps. There's also a wide black
ribbon bow tie on the waistline that's made into the dress.
Darted and the bust and the waist for a curve hugging perfect
fit! Made of high quality large scale black and white dots
cotton.
